Coaches Meetings

The HCF Hockey Director and Coaching Coordinator schedule multiple (2-3) Coaches Hot Stoves throughout the season. The typical agenda has 20-30 minutes of reminders and coaching philosophy discussion before segueing into a group discussion on successes, challenges, systems and other aspects of coaching. The goal is to provide a platform where coaches can bounce ideas off one another as we continue to grow and build up each other.
