Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Competitive (mjr/mnr/Tier 2)

Tryout Fees are non refundable. If a player withdraws after team jerseys have been ordered they will be charged for the jersey/sock costs and the HCF Association Fee. Remaining player fees may be refunded at the discretion of HCF.

Recreational A (Tier 3)

Tryout Fees are non refundable. If a player withdraws after team jerseys have been ordered they will be charged for the jersey/sock costs and the HCF Association Fee. Remaining player fees may be refunded at the discretion of HCF.

Recreational B (Tier 4)

If a player withdraws after team jerseys have been ordered they will be charged for the jersey/sock costs and the HCF Association Fee. Remaining player fees may be refunded at the discretion of HCF.

8U Developmental

If a player withdraws after team jerseys have been ordered they will be charged for the jersey/sock costs. Remaining player fees may be refunded at the discretion of HCF.

6U Developmental

If a player withdraws after team jerseys have been ordered they will be charged for the jersey/sock costs. Remaining player fees may be refunded at the discretion of HCF.

Teams will be refunded fully up to the Nov 15 deadline.
